Welcome from the Principal Cedrick Miller, Principal – Marine Creek Leadership Academy
Welcome to Marine Creek Leadership Academy! I am Cedrick Miller, and I am honored to serve as your campus instructional leader. I have been in education for 20 years, with the past 9 years as an administrator and 4 years serving in Lake Worth ISD. I am a husband, father of three boys, and a servant leader within the church, which is very important to me.
I am here to serve every child, every teacher, and every member of our school community "make their mark"—and to believe in the mark they can make. Together, we share a responsibility to ensure that our campus reflects the highest standards of academic excellence, integrity, and accountability.
My commitment is to create the best possible environment for learning, growth, and achievement for every student. My focus is to ensure that every student has access to high-quality instruction, the support they need to thrive, and a safe, inclusive school culture where all feel welcomed and motivated to succeed.
We are implementing focused strategies to raise student achievement, close learning gaps, and strengthen our instructional practices. This work will take dedication, collaboration, and continuous reflection. But I am confident that with the support of our families, staff, and community, we will RISE UP—together.
